100% of the amount will go to help children affected by the DANA to return to sports and educational activities.
Christian Oliva has joined Valencia CF on loan from Cagliari Calcio through to the end of the season. After passing a medical at the IMED hospital in Valencia, he spoke with VCF Media about his arrival.
Joining Valencia CF
"I'm very happy. When they told me that I could come to Valencia CF, I was very happy and had no doubts about the move. I'm really looking forward to meeting my new teammates and I hope that everything goes well. Making a mark at Valencia CF is a challenge. I've come here to give my all for the club."
Helping the team
"Looking at the table, everything is very evenly matched. If you win a game, you move up the standings, and if you lose one then you drop down. I've come here to help the team, to offer positive things and nothing negative."
Versatility
"I'm a defensive midfielder who is also creative. I'm Uruguayan, so I've got that grit as well."
Maxi Gomez
"I haven't had the pleasure of meeting Maxi Gomez yet, but we will get to know one another now. I'm a little bit lax when it comes to making mate tea, but I'm told that he makes it every day."
